hello, I am Dave Hoxworth, AA8KJ and I attended the "first" Raspberry Pi builder's meeting on January 25, 2017. I am a total newbee at Raspberry Pi and have not come up with a project to work toward... other than getting my 2 RPs to talk over my home Wi-Fi network.

I am still having problems getting the RP to talk using just the Wi-Fi. If I have an ethernet cable plugged in it talks to the internet just fine. The RP is talking to the Wi-Fi, but i believe the uBlock software is "protecting me" from getting junk from the internet and in the process, it is not letting anything through.

Has anyone else had this problem???

Hello guys. I am going to split these topics up to divide Atmel type Arduino's and the Raspberry Pi's, so please try and post to the new category(s) so it is easy for everyone to access the forum thread and know they are only going to see relevant posts.

Thanks in advance.

Hi - My name is Bill Kelsey and I have had the Raspberry Pi's for quite some time - but have never gotten around to using them! Maybe this group will get me started. I have both the early Pi, and the Model Three. I got the first one cuz I was curious, and the model three to run a SDR on, and to make a Whisper TX with. I think I got both things going - I just never hooked an antenna to them.

CU at the next meeting - but I'll be late - I teach Tuesday evening...
